A learnership, by definition, is both formal learning for a national qualification with provision of workplace experience – you get to apply what you are learning directly in a workplace.
We are able to provide training and hosting at workplace for a variety of learning opportunities in the following fields of study:
- Contact Centre
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Human Resources Management
- Generic Management
- New Venture Creation
- Paralegal

Some information about this opportunity:
- By applying you will be required to undergo a screening process in order to determine the right learnership for you
- Screening includes a pre-assessment and interview
- You must be between 18-35 years of age to apply for the above. If you are older, please contact us as we always have other employment opportunities for you
- If you are successfully placed, you will:
- Sign a 12-month contract of employment and triparty agreement to complete the qualification
- participate in 12 months of on-the-job training, inclusive of theoretical classroom style learning and practical learning in the working environment.
- attend and complete all required theoretical and practical components of the learnership.
- You will receive a stipend and this will be communicated in the learnership opportunity in question
