A learnership, by definition, is both formal learning for a national qualification with provision of workplace experience – you get to apply what you are learning directly in a workplace.

Some information about this opportunity:

1. By applying you will be required to undergo a screening process in order to determine the right learnership for you
2. Screening includes a pre-assessment and interview
3. You must be between 18-35 years of age to apply for the above. If you are older, please contact us as we always have other employment opportunities for you
4. If you are successfully placed, you will:
   1. Sign a 12-month contract of employment and triparty agreement to complete the qualification
   2. participate in 12 months of on-the-job training, inclusive of theoretical classroom style learning  and practical learning in the working environment.
   3. attend and complete all required theoretical and practical components of the learnership.
5. You will receive a stipend and this will be communicated in the learnership opportunity in question
